1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ZaIleSieWidzi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is operated by Cezarion Cezary Michalski. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Sublicense, sell, or rent the App
3. Account Terms
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate information when creating your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
Only one partner needs a Premium subscription to unlock partner features. The other partner joins for free.
Premium subscriptions:
- Are billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store
- Automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Can be managed in your App Store account settings
- Are non-refundable except as required by law
5. Partner Pairing
When you pair with a partner:
- Your countdown data will be shared with them
- In Meeting Mode, your location may be shared with them
- Either partner can unpair at any time
- You should only pair with someone you trust
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the location sharing features
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App to stalk, harass, or harm others
- Attempt to bypass security features
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Cezarion Cezary Michalski and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cezarion Cezary Michalski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
